Springfield Manor Roundabout Scheme

Dear Will,

I am the Membership Support Administrator (MSA) for the area of your proposed Neighbourhood Watch Scheme and wish to welcome you to the organisation.

I have looked at your mapping that covers quite a large area with some roads cut in half. Normally mapping covers just the homes and gardens of the prospective member neighbours.  It will be helpful to know a little more about the number of homes/people you intend to join together.

I hope it will be possible for us to have a chat by telephone and wonder what time of day/ early evening is most suitable for you?

Most weeks I am free Mondays, Tuesdays and Fridays at varying times and Wednesday or Thursday afternoons.
